All our biscuits are handmade, baked and packaged in small batches in our registered kitchens in North Leeds.
Shelf life
Our Jam Sandwich biscuits, Vanilla biscuits, Speculoos Biscuits and Bespoke biscuits have a shelf life of 2-6 weeks. We recommend storing them in a dry, dark, cool, air-tight place (e.g. biscuit tin).
The Florentines have a shelf life of four weeks. They can still be enjoyed without concerns past this, but the nuts start to lose their bite and the chocolate can develop a white coating which does not affect taste.
Freezing
Our biscuits are not suitable for freezing.
Serving suggestions
Our German biscuits are best enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee.

All our biscuits are packaged in environmentally friendly bags. We made sure to do the research so that you can be confident in knowing that our biscuit bags are made from a renewable source and are 100% recyclable.
