Our biscuits are available to the public 7 days a week now at Fabrication – located in The Light Shopping Centre. Of course we were already online 24/7. But we still think that a proper retail outlet is quite an upgrade from our monthly farmers and craft markets!
How this opportunity came to us?
Last November we did a Christmas event at Browns Brasseries located in The Light shopping centre. Dawn was one of the other traders who represented her business/cooperative that day and we got talking about both our ventures. Dawn is the lead business owner of Fabrication. A wonderful shop in The Light shopping centre, that sells products and gifts made by hand in Yorkshire. It has a great selection of kids clothes, crockery, food, postcards, furniture, etc. Each and every item in the shop is handcrafted and skillfully made.
We were thrilled when she asked us if we would consider lining our products on the shelves in Fabrication. Such an inspiring location in the centre of town looked like an excellent opportunity for us. Which is why after the crazy busy Christmas period we finalised the terms and got baking again.
The range
We are starting off with a selection of biscuits and infused sugars

We will change this lineup from time to time to make sure that we account for seasonal products and special days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.
Where
As mentioned you will find Fabrication in The Light shopping centre in Leeds. The shop is located opposite the escalator that takes you to the cinema. Fabrication’s opening times are as follows:
Monday: 10:30 – 18:00
Tuesday: 10:30 – 18:00
Wednesday: 10:30 – 20:00
Thursday: 10:30 – 20:00
Friday: 10:30 – 19:00
Saturday: 10:30 – 20:00
Sunday: 10:30 – 16:30
