Cinnamon Swirl Buns


Inspired by Scandinavian cinnamon rolls


It was our Danish friend Sarah Tramm who made us aware of this type of ‘cake’ a few years ago. We were instantly madly in love with this Scandinavian favourite. We got baking, we researched recipes and we tailored them until we were happy with the end result.

The composition of this cake is simple and and works well with our baking ethos. As we believe that tasty food is all about: good, honest ingredients, put together in a loving way. Our cinnamon swirls are light and fluffy like a brioche bun, buttery and beautifully laced with streaks of cinnamon sugar. We finish it off with our cream cheese icing and roasted pecans. If you are a fan of Danish pastry, of cinnamon and like your cake in muffin sizes, then you are going to LOVE our cinnamon swirls.
