Our signature biscuits are inspired by a traditional Austrian Christmas biscuit called Linzer cookie. Co-founder Lisa hails from the South of Germany, and our biscuits are made to her Grandmother’s Linzer recipe (excluding the nuts).

Mix & Match box Ingredients

Wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, eggs, red currant jelly (red currant juice, sugar citrus pectin, sodium citrate), baking powder (may contain wheat), vanilla sugar. Glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant (glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring, food colouring.

Colours may include: E422, E1520, E551, E110*, E124*, E129*, E133, E155, E102*, E122, E153, E104*, E159, E171.*E110, E129, E104, E102 and E124 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Please note that we bake in a facility that handles gluten, eggs, dairy products, (pea)nuts, soya, and sulphites. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace amounts of any of these allergens.
