Speciality Christmas bread from the Continent

Stollen is the traditional Christmas bread in the Germanic region. It’s the Dutch and German version of the Italian Panettone. A yeasty dough enriched with rum-drenched fruity raisins, fragrant mixed peel and sweet almonds. Our version comes as mini Stollen-confect, packed with flavour and with a marzipan filling. Much like the one you get in almond croissants. A truly indulgent delight for the festive season!
